🫂An dieser Stelle möchte ich aus meiner Arbeit heraus klar sagen - was die Welt braucht ist mehr Verbundenheit!❤️ Mehr Miteinander. Weniger " Wir gehen die", sondern mehr Lösungen. 🌱 Wir müssen einander sehen und uns zuhören. Mehr den je. 🙏🏻

Es braucht eine klare Verantwortungsübernahme den die nächsten vier Jahre sind zu wichtig um Däumchen zu drehen und uns in Bürokratie zu verlieren. ❌️ Konsistenz - zum eigenen Wort stehen und umsetzen.

Es gibt viele Meinungen, Ängste, Bedürfnisse, Frustrationen die das Potenzial haben uns zu spalten - und gleichermaßen zusammen zu bringen. 🫂

💯Also, lasst uns für Verbundenheit entscheiden. Im Wahllokal. Unsere Wirtschaft stärkend. In unseren Teams. Als Führungskraft. Als Familie. In unseren Beziehungen.

I know it sounds a bit cheesy, but since Valentinsday is the day of love, I felt it is time for some reminders since I know quite a few people that struggle with this day.

I truly believe that in this world, we need to go back to connection. to see each other. To hearing each other and to value each other.

This always starts with OURSELVES. You will never spend as much with anyone else. Make your mind a peaceful and loving place.

Also:

❤️ We spent the most time in our week at work. Nowhere is the competency to build thriving relationships more relevant.

❤️ Relationships are based on integrity

❤️ Trying to make someone else small will never make you bigger
❤️ Reach out! Vulnerabilities and safe spaces sound as the base of our love, friendships as much as teams and leadership

❤️ The competency to build relationships in leadership and teams that are based on empowerment and trust has never been more important than today

❤️ Our romantic relationships will only be as good as the relationship to ourselves.

Today I choose myself ✨️

When was the last time you actively made a decision towards yourself? Where you recognized your needs and priorities them?

Just happened to me. In the process of building, managing and creating multiple (new) things at the same time and also connecting, organizing,and managing with multiple different people and personalities there is always some sort of need for my attention and decision.
Or at least so it seems.

And as much as I love to create, I once again realized that the best that I can be is when I actively take time to disconnect and prioritize.

Our nervous system is clearly showing signals of what is going on within us. Sometimes it can be more of a whisper than a loud hello.

Maybe you can feel the inner intense?
The earge to always move? Difficulty to be still?

What choosing myself looks like:

🫶🏻 #Priorities: what is actually urgent and important right now and what can be parked and wait ✋️ Many things feel super urgent when in fact they are not. #boundaries

🫶🏻 Stillness and nervous system release: Getting cortisol out of my body, movement helps. As much as this does becoming still. To connect both getting into nature is always a game changer for me.

🫶🏻 (Social) Media Detox: no Mails, no WhatsApp, no social media. Whatever is happening is happening without me for this moment right now. It can wait.

🔥 Personal perfect match:

Full social media detox for a time and going into a Sauna/ Spa. Sauna - Kneipp Walks - Ice bathing with a Breath work exercise - active stillness and putting myself into a mood of slowing down - repeat.

Why Personal development and growth are deep drivers for great relationships. 🔥

Connecting to my own potential is something that has been a driver for me for the last 15 years. Getting better and spreading my wings, overcoming fears and difficulties. Becoming stronger also helped me to become more rooted in me. Growth greats trust in ourselves and our own abilities.

What makes this even more special is if we are able to grow together with other great people. Something that is deeply satisfying to me.

How this changes and impacts our relationships:

🌸 Trusting ourselves more helps us to connect better with our emotions, needs, and wishes.

🌸 Emotional intelligence: the ability to understand and regulate your own emotions and needs , set boundaries, and understand where other people are coming from is a game changer 🙌🏻

🌸 Communication: A key to successful relationships is communication. The ability to share our thoughts and internal processes. Especially in moments where it gets more stressful or uncomfortable.

🌸 Values: While you grow, your values may change or become clearer.

🌸 Relationship Competency: Our life is relationships. Every time we interact with another human, we create some sort of relationship. What special moments we can great if we make it good ones.

Why Personal development and growth are deep drivers for great relationships. 🔥

The most important vibe always comes from within. Through the balance, we create through listening and seeing ourselves in an honest and kind light. Being fair with ourselves is a big fundamental. Especially in a (digital) (dating) world, relationships seem to get more and more complex and complicated, the best north star we can have is our intuition and self connection.

Many people focus a lot on whether or not people might like them or not. It's starts with you 🫶🏻

The most important vibe always comes from within. Through the balance, we create through listening and seeing ourselves in an honest and kind light. Being fair with ourselves is a big fundamental.
